Dr. Joseph G. Willardsen  (Las Vegas)

Graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. He then continued his cosmetic dental training and became a full-mouth graduate at Las Vegas Institute, Arrowhead International and Occlusion Connections. His comprehensive training in advanced neuromuscular dentistry, achieved by less than 1 % of all dentists in the United States, makes him part of an elite group of dentists.

As a result of Dr. Willardsen's training and outstanding results, he has been invited to be the leading dentists on numerous television, news and talk shows. His knowledge and experience have allowed him to teach other dentists interested in the field of cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Roger Buzbee (Missouri)

Dr. Buzbee is a graduate of Drury University in Springfield, Missouri and the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. Dr. Buzbee joined Buzbee Dental Clinic in 1988. He is a member of the Greater Springfield Dental Society, the Missouri Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Buzbee has completed numerous post-graduate courses at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. These courses include: Advanced Anterior Aesthetic Dentistry; Comprehensive Aesthetic Reconstruction; Full-Mouth Reconstruction; Neuromuscular Occlusion; TMD-Differential Diagnosis and Neuromuscular Orthodontics. Dr Gregg Ueckert (Austin, Texas)

Dr. Gregg Ueckert has been practicing general dentistry as well as neuromuscular dentistry in Austin, Texas for over 16 years. Gregg grew up just outside of Houston in Baytown, Texas where he attended high school and quickly gained interest in the study of arts and sciences. In pursuit of his interests, Gregg attended the University of Texas and soon gravitated toward the health care curriculum. He graduated from the University of Texas
and decided to continue on his path to be a dentist. Gregg graduated with his dental degree in 1994 from theUniversity of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He has managed a very successful dental clinic in Austin, Texas for over 16 years.

Dr. Ueckert is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American DentalAssociation, Academy of General Dentistry and the Texas Dental Association. Gregg was a past member of the 10th district dental society's peer review committee and is active in his mentoring program for pre?dental students. Dr. Ueckert has also been studying with Dr. Chan's Occlusion Connections levels 1 through level 6 for the past year and a half.

Dr. Bernard Slota (Denver Area)

Bernard Slota, a graduate of Marquette University school of dentistry has spent his professional career as a general dentist. Dr. Slota was one of the leaders of the dental cosmetic movement. Dr. Slota has taken thousands of hours of post graduate dental courses spanning most of the dental disciplines. Dr. Slota has studied with and been mentored by some of the finest dentists ever including Drs. Jankelson, Garry, Chan, Dawson, Spahl, Witzig, Mazzocco, Gerber and others. Dr. Hoa Nguyen (Ottawa Area)

Hoa Nguyen, is a graduate of McGill University, Faculty of Dentistry, receiving his Doctor of Dental of Surgery degree in 1989. He has focused his dental practice in Comprehensive Advanced Dentistry to restore his patients' dental health to optimal levels over the past 18 years in Ottawa, Ontario. He has completed the curriculum offered at the Las Vegas Institute for advanced dental studies and has continued to advance his training in neuromuscular dentistry and gnathological teachings offered at Occlusion Connections with Dr. Chan. Dr. Nguyen has taken numerous post graduate courses in orthodontic/orthopedics, endodontics as well as advanced surgical training in implantology offered by the Misch International Implant Institute/Canada. 

In 2006, he, with others martial artists, represented Canada to participate in the 7th Junior / 2nd Veteran International Taekwon-do Federation (ITF) World Championships held in Sofia, Bulgary; where he won a Gold Medal in his category. His expertise and clinical training in TMD, restorative and orthopedics has qualified him to mentor other doctors attending the Occlusion Connections training program. Dr. Richard Carroccia (Philadelphia Area)

Dr. Richard Carroccia is a graduate of the Boston University, School of Graduate Dentistry. He practices advanced restorative, aesthetic/cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry. He has completed many post graduate courses at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and has furthered his training at Occlusion Connections which has advanced his technical skills and diagnostic abilities to treat the more complex TMD and sleep apnea cases using advanced computerized instrumentation and the clinical protocols pioneered by Dr. Clayton Chan.  Dr. Carroccia is a Regional Facilitator supporting the Occlusion Connections teachings and Bite-Optimization techniques.

Dr. Carroccia's neuromuscular training allows him to diagnose and treat TMJ problems by utilizing state of the art EMG and jaw tracking technology.  He is certified in Invisalign and dental lasers and proficient with the iTero system which incorporates impression free procedures.  His focus on the overall health includes assisting patients with Sleep Apnea who are CPAP intolerant.

Dr. Chris Mohler (Charleston/Savannah Area)

Dr. Mohler is a 1986 of the Loyola University School of Dentistry, receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery. He practiced in both Missouri and Kansas until 1989 when he was commissioned as a dental officer in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps. Dr. Mohler spent five years with the Marine Corps and departed the Navy in 1994 to begin a general practice in Beaufort, SC.

Striving to offer the very best to his patients, Dr. Mohler has completed training in restorative care, sedation dentistry, endodontics, and implant restoration. In 2001, Dr. Mohler began the curriculum for Neuromuscular Dentistry at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. He shifted his practice to comprehensive care with emphasis on the TMD pain patient. He completed the core curriculum and advanced TMD training in 2006.

Dr. Mohler has further advanced his TMD training while attending courses at Occlusion Connections under his mentor, Dr. Clayton Chan. Dr. Mohler continues his commitment to advanced training at Occlusion Connections furthering his knowledge of the combined orthopedic and gnathologic approach to treating TMD.
Dr. Mohler is a respected member of his community, participating in quarterly clinics for indigent dental care. He is an elder in his church, serving in a key administrative position. In 2008, he was the inaugural chairman of the Good Shepherd Free Medical Clinic of Beaufort and is currently on the Board of Directors for the Sea Island Presbyterian Church Day School. Dr. Barkley Bastian (Hawaii)

Dr. Barkley Bastian graduated from University of California Santa Cruz with BA degree in Biology in 1989. He has furthered his graduate training in dentistry at the University of Washington Dental School 1994 where he received his DDS degree. His active lifestyle and love of the outdoors prompted him to move to Maui, Hawaii in 1994 where he has established his private practice in Pukalani. Dentistry has provided Dr Bastian with license to learn and that he has done, through continuing education courses that led him to define his practice today. Dr Barkley Bastian's practice focuses on whole body health, Neuromuscular, Restorative and TMD. 

 Dr. Barkley has been a member of the IAOMT (International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology) since graduating from Dental school. Upon taking many CE courses every year the Las Vegas Institute for advanced Dental Studies provided Dr Bastian a platform to meet some great mentors like Dr Clayton Chan, Dr Robert Jankelson, Dr James Gerry along with countless other colleagues looking to "up the ante" of not only their practice but the quality of their lives. Dr. Derek Okamura (Vancouver Area)

Dr. Derek M. Okamura graduated in 1994 from the University of Manitoba. His active lifestyle and love of the outdoors prompted him to move to Vancouver, B.C. in 1996 where he currently practices. His established Vancouver office focuses on TMD, Neuromuscular Orthodontics and Chronic pain.
He first began his interest in core stability in his exercise regime due to occupational pain. In addition, he suffers from TMD and understands the pain caused by the condition. He broadened his focus to consider all aspects of a healthy lifestyle to include eating organic and local foods and reducing environmental and occupational toxins. The natural progression of his holistic philosophy in health and wellness extends to his passion for dentistry.
His area of special interest is core stability and its relationship to both proper occlusal loading and atlas alignment. Dr. Marke Pedersen

Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Marke Pedersen attended the University of Calgary where graduated with a B.Sc. He obtained his DDS from the University of Alberta in 1971 and moved to Vernon B.C. to set up a general practice in Dentistry.

Dr. Bruce Baumann (Palm Desert/Los Angeles Area)

Dr. Baumann graduated from Georgetown University School of Dentistry, in Washington, D.C. He also completed a one-year general practice residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center, and the Veterans' Administration Hospital. He has been on staff at Eisenhower Medical Center, Rancho Mirage, California, for over 20 years. 

Since entering private practice, Dr. Baumann has focused on comprehensive esthetic dentistry and the treatment of TMJ dysfunction. Dr. Baumann received his Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry and is a long standing member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Baumann has received advanced training at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, and Occlusion Connections with his mentor, Dr. Clayton Chan. He is also a member of Doctors of Oral Conscious Sedation (DOCS) and the International College of Cranio-Mandibular Orthopedics (ICCO).

Dr. Baumann recently completed a one-year mini residency in the placement of implants at Loma Linda University Medical Center. He has been voted "Top Dentist" in the Coachella Valley by Palm Springs Life magazine. 

Dr. Baumann is an avid golfer, competing nationally in amateur tournaments throughout the country. His particular interest is fitting and helping golfers and other professional athletes improve their games with performance enhancing mouth guards. He has fitted numerous golfers on the PGA, LPGA and Nationwide Tours with such devices, and enjoys having them as patients.

Dr. Myles Preble (Utah)

Dr. Preble graduated from Washington University School of Dental Medicine in St. Louis Missouri in 1983. He continued his education by attending multiple advanced dental classes concentrating his energies in cosmetic/aesthetic dentistry. He graduated from a postgraduate comprehensive restorative continuum at Baylor University at Dallas, Texas in 1994. Dr. Lawrence "Larry" Stanleigh (Southern Alberta)

Dr. Larry Stanleigh BSc MSc DDS FADI FICD, is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry. Dr.Janish Grewal (Northern Caribbean)

Dr. Janish Singh Grewal BDS MDCH, a resident of the Cayman Islands, is a member of the General Dental Council (UK) and Medical and Dental Council (Cayman). He obtained a Bachelors of Dental Surgery from the University of Dundee (UK) in 1997. Prior to working in the Cayman Islands, Dr. Grewal was in private practice (2000-2009) in London, where he had extensive experience in Dental Occlusion, reconstructive dentistry and treating patients who suffer from pain associated with the head and neck. Dr. Nathalie Vachon (Quebec)

Graduated from the Laval University, Faculty of Dentistry in 1990. Dr. Michael Nemec (Nova Scotia)

Dr. Michael Nemec resides and works in Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia, Canada. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Acadia University in 1974 and DDS education from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 1978.

Aside from day-to-day restorative dentistry, Dr. Nemec developed interest in orthodontics and TMD therapy from the very early years of practice. The lack of success, and predictability, of symptom-free TMD therapy brought him to Gneuro-muscular concepts first introduced to him by Dr. James Carlson. Dr. Arthur "Art" Kwan (Northern California)

Arthur S. Kwan, DMD is a 1996 graduate of Boston University Goldman School of Dentistry. He has been featured in numerous media publications, such as New Beauty magazine, Sacramento Magazine, KXTV Sacramento News 10, and KTXL Fox 40, where he has shared his insights about the most current cosmetic dentistry trends, techniques and performance enhancing mouth guard technology.
